KURANDA
Up in the clouds, mist and rain, Kuranda is a unique community complete with train and overhead tram service.

MAREEBA
Stayed a night in this town in a budget motel…not in this aptly named hotel!
Termites, called ‘white ants’ create enormous ant hills!

CAIRNS
Our departure point from Queensland was the airport in Cairns where we flew across the continent to Perth. During our stay in Cairns it had rained heavily the entire time so photos were not taken! The rain did not deter the mosquitos!
