Major car engine repairs were needed which took several weeks to complete!

Luckily this was NOT our car on fire!
With repairs finished, we could resume trips to Costco’s soda fountain for our favorite ‘fro-yo’!

CANCUN – TAG!
Our bank in Cancun was on a busy major road so parallel parking curbside was always squeezed in. Maybe that scenario was enough cover for one thief in particular who brazenly attempted to steal the rear tag off our car while it was parked there for a few minutes!

We rented an apartment in the Hotel Zone—on the lagoon side!
